Chef Notes:
Don’t thaw peas in advance. They thaw quickly. Take this salad along as a wonderful addition to the picnic menu. Double or triple the recipe for a large group. Serves 4 – 6.

Ingredients:
8 oz pack Shining Ocean surimi seafood
16 oz package frozen peas
¼ cup red onions chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup bacon bits (homemade or store bought)
1 tsp dill weed

Directions:
Combine surimi seafood, peas and onion.
Mix mayonnaise, bacon bits and dill weed in a bowl.
Pour dressing over surimi seafood and vegetables. Mix well. Chill.
