Crab Stuffed Flounder
Chef Notes:
1 ½ lb flounder fillets
Ingredients:
Filling: 8 oz package of Shining Ocean surimi seafood
1/3 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
¼ tsp ground dry mustard
¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 crushed saltine crackers (or Tbsp bread crumbs)
1 egg white
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
¼ cup melted butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to F 350.
Rinse the fish fillets and pat dry with paper towels. Set aside.
Combine the filling ingredients.
Brush a shallow baking dish with melted butter.
Place a portion of filling on top of a fillet and roll it up.
Secure it with a wooden toothpick.
Repeat this with the rest of the fillets, dividing the filling up evenly.
Arrange the stuffed fillets in the baking dish,
drizzle with melted butter and bake about 20 minutes or until they are done.
