Crispy Apple, Cranberry and Seafood Salad

Chef notes:
This slightly sweet salad is an instant hit, whenever we serve it.
All you need is 4 easy ingredients. Enjoy it as a salad topper, sandwich stuffer, on crackers/rounds of French bread or by itself. Serves 4 as a side or 2 as main meal.

Ingredients:
8 oz package of Shining Ocean surimi seafood (any variety)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 crispy apple (e.g. Fuji) cut in 8 wedges, cored, then sliced
2/3 cup dried cranberries, rinsed well

Directions:
Gently mix all ingredients. That’s all.
