Mexican Style Seafood Dip
This dip will come out soft, so the corn chips won’t break when it’s scooped up. For even softer consistency add a little tomato juice or water, 1 Tbsp at a time. Interesting additional ingredients (optional): ¼ cup cilantro chopped, 2 Tbsp lime juice, 2 cloves fresh garlic minced
16 oz (two 8 oz packages) Shining Ocean surimi seafood crumbled or chopped
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 cup salsa
Blend cream cheese until smooth. Add salsa and surimi seafood.
Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend.
