Seafood Scampi
Chef Notes:
Crab Smart or Lobster Smart can be used.
For healthier fare, reach for whole grain spaghetti.
Butter can be substituted with olive oil or “buttery spread”.
Fresh garlic is preferred for best results. Next best is prepared minced garlic.
Serves 2.
Ingredients:
8 oz package Crab or Lobster Smart Natural
8 oz dry spaghetti
4 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp white wine
4 medium cloves garlic minced
pinch salt, pepper (optional)
Preparation:
Heat garlic in melted butter on low for about 5 minutes to develop flavor.
Add wine, cook 2 more minutes. Stir in Crab or Lobster Smart Natural and heat through. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
